Cookie Policy
NexusVault ยท Effective date: July 5, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how NexusVault uses cookies and similar browser technologies.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage. Together, this Policy calls them "cookies".
2. Cookies We Use
- Strictly necessary โ authentication tokens that keep you signed in, security state (two-factor and trusted-device flags), and load-balancing. The Platform cannot function without these.
- Preferences โ your theme (light/dark), language, layout density, and similar UI choices.
- Analytics โ privacy-respecting usage analytics that help us understand which pages are used and how the Platform performs. These do not build advertising profiles.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell data derived from cookies.
3. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (such as "remember this device") last up to the period stated when they are set, after which they expire automatically.
4. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the dashboard from working. Instructions for common browsers are available in each browser's help pages.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Platform evolves; material changes will be announced on the Platform.
