Risk Disclosure Statement

NexusVault ยท Effective date: July 5, 2026

This Risk Disclosure Statement highlights the principal risks of using NexusVault. Read it carefully before depositing or investing. By using the Platform you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

1. Investment Risk

All investment involves risk. The value of your investment can go down as well as up, and you may lose some or all of the amount you invest. Displayed plan returns (currently ranging varies by plan across active plans) are targets, not guarantees. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

2. No Guaranteed Returns

No return, payout schedule, bonus, or prize on the Platform is guaranteed. Plan terms may change prospectively, and payouts depend on the continued operation and performance of the Platform.

3. Cryptocurrency Risk

Where you deposit, invest, or withdraw in cryptocurrency (including USDT on TRC-20, ERC-20, or BEP-20 networks):

  • blockchain transactions are irreversible โ€” funds sent to a wrong address or wrong network cannot be recovered;
  • stablecoins can deviate from their peg, and networks can congest, fork, or fail;
  • network fees fluctuate and are outside our control.

Always double-check addresses and networks before sending funds.

4. Liquidity & Lock-ups

Deposited principal lock policy in effect: No. Invested amounts may be locked until plan maturity, and withdrawal processing takes time and is subject to review, minimums (no minimum currently set) and a 0% fee. Do not invest money you may need at short notice.

5. Referral & Partner Earnings

Referral commissions, milestone prizes, and partner commissions depend on the activity of other users and on program rules that may change prospectively. They are not a salary, not guaranteed, and should never be relied upon as income.

6. Operational & Technology Risk

The Platform may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults. While we operate monitoring, backups, and security controls, no online service can exclude the risk of outages, cyber-attacks, or data loss.

7. Regulatory Risk

The legal and regulatory treatment of online investment platforms and cryptocurrencies varies by country and can change. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful where you live and for your own tax obligations.

8. No Advice

Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not assess whether the Platform is suitable for your personal circumstances. If in doubt, consult an independent licensed adviser.

9. Only Invest What You Can Afford to Lose

As a firm rule: never invest money you cannot afford to lose entirely, and never borrow to invest.
