Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NexusVault. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexusVault website, dashboard, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and their balances frozen pending review.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password and two-factor credentials secure.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification required before investing: No. Where verification is required, you must submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents we reasonably request. We may restrict deposits, investments, or withdrawals until verification is complete. See our AML / KYC Policy for details.

3. Deposits & Investments

• The Platform supports the following currencies: multiple currencies.
• Deposits are credited after confirmation by our processing team. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and are credited at the amount actually received.
• Investment plans, their rates, durations, and payout schedules are displayed on the Platform before you invest. Current active plans: new plans coming soon.
• Deposited principal lock policy in effect: No. Where enabled, deposited principal may be locked for the duration stated at the time of deposit or investment.
• Compound reinvestment available: No. Auto-reinvest on maturity available: No.

4. Returns

Displayed returns are targets based on current plan configuration and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not indicate future results. You acknowledge that all investment involves risk, as described in our Risk Disclosure.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our team. Processing times may vary.
• Withdrawal fee: 0% of the withdrawn amount.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts: no minimum currently set.
• We may decline or delay a withdrawal where required for security review, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and will notify you of the reason where lawful.

6. Balance Transfers

User-to-user balance transfers enabled: No (fee: 0%). Transfers are final once completed. Never transfer funds to people you do not know.

7. Referral Program

Referral program active: Not currently. Referral commissions, milestone prizes, and any promotional bonuses are governed by the rules shown in your dashboard at the time of the qualifying action and may be adjusted prospectively. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other manipulation void the related rewards.

8. Partner Program

The Partner Program is invite-only. Access requires an access code issued personally by our team after a partnership is approved. Partner commissions, packages, and withdrawal conditions are governed by the terms shown in the Partner Portal.

9. P2P Marketplace

P2P marketplace available: No. P2P trades are agreements between users; we provide escrow and dispute tooling but are not a party to the trade. Follow the trade instructions carefully and communicate only through the Platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose;
• create multiple or fake accounts, or manipulate the referral, milestone, or bonus systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure;
• harass, defraud, or mislead other users, including in P2P trades and chat;
• use bots, scrapers, or automation against the Platform without written permission.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, present fraud or compliance risk, or as required by law. Where lawful, we will state the reason and any steps you can take. Lawfully held balances remain payable after any required review.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusVault is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by market movements, blockchain network failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
